Submit your inquiry with your date, venue, and the vision for your moment. We respond within 24 hours with availability and a complimentary consultation invitation.

Design

We meet — by phone, video, or in studio — to refine your story. From that conversation, we build a custom mood board, palette, and proposal tailored to your event.

Step 3 of 5

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date and begins fabrication. Florals are sourced, signage is fabricated, palettes are locked.

Step 4 of 5

Installation

Our team arrives at your venue and styles head-to-table. We coordinate quietly with your hotel, venue, or photographer so nothing disrupts your timing.

Event Day

You arrive to a finished room. We breakdown discreetly after your event so you can stay in the moment — and leave the rest to us.
